By placing a bespoke order with Bisquit (Company number 15343529), you agree to these Terms and Conditions of service (the "Terms").
1. Ordering and Payment
To place an order, simply fill out our online enquiry form or contact us via email at enquiries@bisquit.co.uk. Please provide all required information, including biscuit design specifications, quantity, flavour preferences, event date and any special requests. All orders must be paid for in full upon confirmation. Production will not start until payment is received, so late payment may affect delivery timeframes.
2. Design and Customization
Our talented team will work with you to create a one-of-a-kind bespoke design that reflects your event, brand style and personality. Please note that we may require a separate design approval process for complex or custom designs. All designs are subject to our artistic discretion and sample requests may incur additional charges.
3. Biscuit Quality and Freshness
We take pride in using only the finest ingredients and baking techniques to ensure our biscuits are fresh, delicious, and visually stunning. In the unlikely event that you're not satisfied with your biscuits, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issues. Biscuits are shipped with a minimum of one-month shelf life and should be stored in a cool dry place, in the heat-sealed packaging they arrive in to make sure they stay as fresh as possible.
4. Allergens
Please discuss any allergies or special dietary requirements with us before making payment. We take food allergies seriously and are committed to ensuring that our products are safe for everyone. Allergens generally present in our products include:

Soya
Whilst our biscuits are made in a kitchen which handles various allergens, including nuts and peanuts, we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination. There is however a risk that our products may still contain trace amounts of these other allergens. Full allergen details can be found on our product page and will be listed on the back of each biscuit / box.
5. Delivery
Our courier delivers to mainland UK from Monday to Friday. Prior to delivery, you will receive a notification email from the courier. Should you wish to amend any of the delivery details, you can do so by following the link in the notification emails.
Our courier company guarantees their deliveries for the next working day, but they are unable to cover delays that are out of their control. Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location.
We package your order with great care to ensure its safe delivery, we cannot therefore be held responsible for how the courier handles the parcel and any damage sustained during delivery.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
At confirmation, time to create your bespoke order will be blocked, and custom equipment created. Cancellation will therefore only be considered if written notice is provided within 24 hours of placing your order. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time.
7. Alterations and amendments
A design specification must be signed off prior to any order being created. Should you wish to make any alterations or amendments, please let us know via email no later than 24 hours after the design has been agreed. Alterations requested after this time, may not be possible or subject to a surcharge.
We reserve the right to change the design at any point if circumstances beyond our control compromise the quality of the finished product. We will let you know of any such changes and we will do our best to keep changes minimal.
8. Communication & Privacy
We may communicate with you via email or other electronic means regarding your orders, or other matters related to the Site. You acknowledge that electronic communications satisfy any requirement for written notice or consent.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is available on our homepage and explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability and Indemnification
Under no circumstances shall Bisquit be liable for any damages or expenses arising out of or related to included but not limited to:

Any alteration or modification made to the biscuits after purchase;

Failure to follow recommended storage and best before guidance;

Any misrepresentation or omission by the customer regarding dietary needs or restrictions;

Any act or omission by third parties, including but not limited to distributors, retailers, or other customers.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms.
